Return & Exchange Policy
Return Window
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.* The customer has 14 days from delivery to notify us, Montana Wake CO, of any: order errors, size exchanges, wrong items shipped, etc. or we will be unable to provide a refund.
*No returns or refunds on mystery packs or boxes.

Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
1. Be in original condition
2. Include all original packaging and tags
3. Show no signs of wear or use
4. Item can NOT be washed or contain any pet hair or strong scents
If your item does not meet these requirements, we may not be able to process the exchange or return.
Exchanges
We want you to love your order! If you need a different size or style, we’re happy to help.

Shipping Fees: New shipping fees apply to all exchanges. We will provide a prepaid label for the item you’re sending back, and the shipping cost for the replacement order will be billed before your new item is sent.

Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We cannot guarantee the new size or style will be in stock at the time your exchange is requested.
REROUTED PACKAGES:
Customers who have orders that get returned to sender (sent back to Montana Wake CO) may be subject to be recharged for new shipping costs. Customers may also be requested to pay for new shipping fees if they provide Montana Wake CO staff a different address than what was originally provided upon purchase, after the original item has already shipped, been rerouted, is unclaimed or delivered elsewhere. Montana Wake CO holds the right to request new fees to be paid before re-shipping the item. Customers are provided a section at checkout to fill their necessary shipping address and contact information.
Return Process

Receive Instructions: We’ll send you detailed return shipping instructions and a return label (if applicable).

Ship Your Item: Send the item back following the provided instructions.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days. Please note that time of refund delivery may vary by each banking institution.**Exchange Processing: Once we receive and inspect your item being returned, for an exchange, we will begin processing the replacement item for shipment.
Montana Wake CO is not responsible for any weather delays that cause delaying with the shipping carriers, or late deliveries.
