Items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.*
*No returns or Refunds on mystery packs or boxes.
Important Notice:
Any fraudulent activity in connection with this sweepstakes is strictly prohibited. It is considered fraud to purchase items solely to obtain entries with the intent to return them after the sweepstakes ends. If the sponsor identifies or suspects fraudulent activity, you will be disqualified and banned from participating in any future sweepstakes offered by the sponsor.
Montana Wake CO holds the right to deny returns, that were purchased during the giveaway time period, if they suspect it is fraudulent or if the customer is returning only due to not winning the entered sweepstakes. Please agree to and review the Terms and Conditions before purchasing.
REROUTED PACKAGES: Customers who have orders that get returned to sender (sent back to Montana Wake CO) may be subject to be recharged for new shipping costs. Customers may be requested to pay for new shipping fees if they provide Montana Wake CO staff a different address than what was originally provided upon purchase, after the original item has already shipped, been rerouted, or delivered elsewhere. Montana Wake CO holds the right to request new fees to be paid before re-shipping the item. Customers are provided a section at checkout to fill their necessary shipping address.

Shipping Fees: New shipping fees apply to all exchanges. We will provide a prepaid label for the item you’re sending back, and the shipping cost for the replacement order will be billed before your new item is sent.
