Return Window

Items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.*

*No returns or Refunds on mystery packs or boxes.

It is considered fraud to purchase items solely to obtain entries with the intent to return them after the sweepstakes ends. If the sponsor identifies or suspects fraudulent activity, you will be disqualified and banned from participating in any future sweepstakes offered by the sponsor.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Include all original packaging and tags

  • Show no signs of wear or use

Exchanges

We want you to love your order! If you need a different size or style, we’re happy to help.

  • Shipping Fees: New shipping fees apply to all exchanges. We will provide a prepaid label for the item you’re sending back, and the shipping cost for the replacement order will be billed before your new item is sent.

  • Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We cannot guarantee the new size or style will be in stock at the time your exchange is requested.

Return Process

  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll send you detailed return shipping instructions and a return label (if applicable).

  3. Ship Your Item: Send the item back following the provided instructions.

  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days. Please note that time of refund delivery may vary by each banking institution.**Exchange Processing: Once we receive and inspect your item being returned, for an exchange, we will begin processing the replacement item for shipment.
