Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The customer must notify us, within the 14 days, if the item will need exchanged or returned. Montana Wake Co. reserves the right to deny any return suspected of fraud or abuse.


Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be clean and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging and tags
  • Show no signs of wear or use
  • Be free of strong scents, pet hair, or stains

Exchanges

We want you to love your order! If you need a different size, style, or service part we’re happy to help.

  • Shipping Fees: New shipping charges apply to all online exchanges, and the new shipping cost for the replacement item will be billed prior to shipment. The item being exchanged must first be returned, before new item is sent.
  • Stock Availability: All exchanges are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that the requested size or style will be in stock at the time your exchange is processed.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email shop@mtwakeco.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll provide return instructions upon request.
  3. Ship Your Item: Mail the item back following the provided instructions.
  4. Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
  5. Exchange Processing: Once your return is received and approved, your replacement item will be processed for shipment, and new shipping fees billed prior to shipment.

Shipping Policy Notice

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed and shipped, including for returns, exchanges, or refused deliveries.

If an order is refused or returned to sender, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
